PAYMENTS:

A)  All  Payments will need to be paid up front through our payment link if payment is not made with in 24 hours your slot will be given to anther student .

B) For any cancelled lessons 50% of the fee will be retained as a cancellation fee and the other 50% will be credited towards a future lesson held within 3 months after 3 months your credit will be lost.

C) If your instructor arrives and there is no show 100% of lesson will be canceled and payment will be lost instantly .  

D)  When you purchase a package and schedule a session with the instructor, a 50% cancellation fee will apply if you decide to                      cancel .

E) We do not offer any refunds once payment has gone thorough.

F) Your payment can be held for future lesson  for only 3 months from date of purchase.

SAFE DRIVING:

A). Corrective footwear must be always worn while driving. If you are not wearing the required footwear, your instructor has the right       

to ask you to change immediately. If you refuse, your lesson will be cancelled, and is non-refundable.

B)  AusDrive academy vehicles are equipped with cameras and audio recording devices for safety purpose.

C)  If the instructor determines that the learner is driving unsafely or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they have the right to cancel the lesson and take control of the vehicle. In such cases, the payment will not be refunded.

D) There will be no recording devices on the lesson such as go pro or phones ( instructors car is equipped with audio and video cameras for our safety.

 

 

VICROADS DOCUMENTATION:

A) If the VicRoads officer or management does not accept your documentation, or you do not meet the criteria and your test is                        rejected by a VicRoads representative, the test will not proceed, and no refund will be issued​​​​​​​​​​​​.

B) On the day of your driving test, it is your responsibility to bring the necessary documents required by VicRoads. If you fail to bring            the correct documents, the test will not proceed, and the fee is non-refundable.

C  You are responsible to have all documents, such as, overseas license, and completed logbook. 

 

AUSDRIVE RULES:

A)  Once the instructor arrives at your location, they will call you to meet them at the car. If you do not answer, the instructor will send a message to notify you of their arrival. If 10 minutes pass without a response, the instructor reserves the right to cancel the lesson        without offering a refund or an opportunity to reschedule​​.

B)  You will need to provide a photo of your digital ID. This should include your full name and the status of your license. 

C) If your license is suspended, lessons will not be scheduled.

D)  ​If the hazard test hasn't been scheduled before the test date and the test fee has already been paid, the test will not proceed, and            the full payment will be non-refundable.

E)  All packages are valid for three months from the purchase date and are non-refundable once purchased.  

F)  Lessons might be cancelled by your instructor due to adverse weather conditions before pickup. If that is the case, your lesson will be rescheduled with no charge.

G) All driving lesson more then 2 hours will have a 15 Minute break.

FINES & DAMAGES:

A) The learner will be held responsible for any damages to the vehicle.

B) Any speeding tickets or other fines received while operating the vehicle will be the responsibility of the driver.
